A quick tutorial on Nifskope to show you how to get things set up for Skyrim modding. I don't go into crazy detail, just show you the very basics of setup.
You'll be able to view your textures in Nifskope while making changes to meshes and be sure that the texture paths are correct when it comes to packing and uploading your mods.

In this video, I'll be showing you how to make changes to UV maps within Nifskope using two Skyrim meshes. I'll be taking the textures from one mesh, placing them on the other and then adjusting the UV map so that it fits nicely.
There are some useful little tips and tricks in here from experience which you may find useful.

Basic Nifskope Block Copying and a Bit of Blendering
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfkhjrY5F40
Brigand231

Title pretty much says it all. This video was recorded while helping Cormell add a jacket to body mesh. Since I noticed a hint of clipping, I went ahead and fixed it too while I was at it.
Just like with block removal, this works because the jacket model was intended to work this way. Most vanilla game meshes are one entire block for the whole model.
Something else to bear in mind is that if you put blocks on top of bulkier clothing, you may need to touch up a lot more clipping than I did here.
