Hello
I noticed that daughters can have wide or thin faces. I suspect that the beautiful french and english girls have wide faces and the spanish and dutch thin faces.
Can anybody confirm this?
I'm trying to change this setting. For example a french girl with a thin face.
Someboy know how?
The dds texture files are the same. Regardless if wide or thin.
By the way, if you change a dds file, just put it into the Custom directory. No need to add it to the fpk's again.

Looking at the .dds files, there seems to be two beautiful models for each nation, totalling in 8 different beautiful daughters. I suspect that one of these is the narrow face model and one is the wide face model.
File names:
daug_beau_d1.dds
daug_beau_d2.dds
daug_beau_e1.dds
daug_beau_e2.dds
daug_beau_f1.dds
daug_beau_f2.dds
daug_beau_s1.dds
daug_beau_s2.dds
Still, it seems to me that I've only seen one type of beautiful daughter for each nation in the game. Can anyone confirm seeing them all in game? |

I think these are skins, not models, but this is judging only from playing the game and taking a few screen caps for an AAR. I have seen all 8, and have not noticed a significant difference in the models themselves. Skins can be quite powerful in their effects on making a model look different, and these were done very skillfully.

Yes, they are skins, sorry for the mix-up.
Hmm... I could have sworn that I had not seen them all in the game. Well, I'll have to play it some more then!  |

Thanks for checking.
The two beautiful french girls have both the wide face setting. English the same.
Compare the dutch with the english and you should notice a difference.
The dutch girls have thiner faces.
I guess one way to make sure is renaming some of the dds files.
