Can we play as another character in the future?

Would it be very difficult to get perhaps Kidd, Blackbeard, or the others and use them as your main character?

Without knowing any better, I would think that it would be rather simple to switch the graphics around with some of the other pirates, at least the head and face. You'd probably lose the aging effect, though (since the hero is the only one who has different face graphics for different ages).

I think changing the whole body would be more difficult, since most of the extra pieces of clothing that you may receive over your adventures are designed for the Incognito character...

If you know how to make your own models in 3dsmax, you should be able to do it, but it's no small task, and I'm not even sure if this game supports it.

colossus, not the same thing. All that person did was reskin the current model. For what this thread is talking about is, to remodel them as well, so the new skins fit the character.
