I've been trying to play pirates! Gold for window but it is damn near impossible to fight at sea!! The action moves way too quick!
Does anyone know how to remedy this bug? |

Get a prog that "slows down" your cpu, like cpukiller or something... works for me.

Which 'slow-down' program do you use / suggest?
I have the same proble on my newer PC. I have an older PC that runs the game fine so I normally use the older one to play Pirates!

Haven't used any for a while, but MoSlo used to work fine for me. |

do a search on Cpukiller, it's what i'm using... slow it down by 15-20% works great... |

I've tried cpukiller, but it lasts for only 3mins!! I haven't registered it yet, but why would I if it lasts for only 3mins at a time! The 30 day trial sucks crap! |

I've also noticed that I have to turn off cpukiller when I fight duels. |

Another slow-down type program is called "abandon loader"
that doesnt have a trial period or anything. |
